Domain Name

Provided you don't already have an existing website (and are perhaps interested in our redesign services instead) then you will need a domain name (e.g. – www.yourwebsite.com). This is a critical step in the process because this is what your customers will have to type into their browser's address bar in order to reach you (unless they find you through a search engine, which we can also help with). We are experts in choosing domain names that are both relevant AND easily remembered, and at no cost to you.

Hosting

All websites need a place to live, a location on the internet that they can be accessed from. This requires server space for the files that make up your site, and bandwidth for the transmission of that information to the people who request it. Normally you would have to set this up yourself or pay someone to do it, and then after that you would pay a monthly fee. However, with us, you get both server space and bandwidth free of charge until your website hits 1,000 visits per month! Once that happens, We're happy to set you up with your own hosting server for a reasonable monthly fee.

Email Address

Once we've all agreed on your domain name and registered it, we have to figure out who is going to get an email address. Our basic plan gives you one free email address specific to your domain (e.g. – yourname@yourwebsite.com) which is good for one year, or for as long as you are still under one of our extended service plans. What better way to show how professional you are than with your own personalized email address tailored to your business. It's very common for website owners to display a Hotmail or Yahoo email as the address on their Contact Us page. It's also very tacky and has been shown to reduce your company's credibility. We don't let you be that guy.

Local

For Brick & Mortar businesses, we create your listing in Google Places, Yahoo Local and Bing Local Listing Center. Having your business included in these services is key in getting people to find you. Millions of people use online maps to locate what they want in their area, so we make sure that you are part of those results. These simple additions are sure to increase traffic, and they are invaluable to maintaining your business reputation online.

Analytics

It's much nicer to know instead of wonder how your website is performing. That's why we install Google Analytics into every site we build. This incredible piece of software will let you know how many visits you are getting to your site, where they are coming from, what time of day, what pages they visit, and much much more. We also use these analytics as part of our larger marketing initiatives, should you decide to choose one of those plans, so you can follow how effectively each promotion is working for you.
